Little Hercules cylindrical filter is located inside the dust cup. To access the filter, the dust cup will need to be removed. The filter will then be exposed and can be detached and replaced with a new one. Reinstall the dust cup, and Little Hercules will be ready to vacuum again!
Never run the Bissell Little Hercules Compact Canister without the filter in place, as this could damage the motor.
